How can I help you?

I offer a gentle and effective way to help you work through symptoms of trauma, stress or overwhelm to help you resolve the underlying issues that may be holding you back, mentally, emotionally and physically.

I help you understand the biological and emotional impact stress and trauma has on the mind and body, to help you recognise, track and relieve the body’s stress response.

With a body-based approach I help you reconnect with the experience of being in your body and guide you in gentle ways to support yourself and learn to track and regulate your nervous system.

I use a blend of Somatic Experiencing®, coaching and embodiment practices to help you reconnect to your unique inner self and bring your nervous system back into balance.
